Dear Ms Butaux,
Following the info I got from Łukasz Maciak, I take the opportunity to contact you directly. Mr Maciak has asked me to co-ordinate with you possibility of a meeting during his visit at the EXPO Real in Munich . He is arriving on the 08th of October in the afternoon, attending EXPO Real on 09th and 10th, departing on the evening of 10th. I think the best would be to arrange a meeting on 09th or 10th on the place of EXPO Real. Mr Maciak already has a meeting scheduled for Tuesday 9th from 12 am till 2.30 pm. If you are able to meet him later on that day please let me know. If not, I would be very grateful for any suggestions
