Caelum takes over passage 21-06-2007
Irish firm Caelum Development has signed a preliminary agreement to buy retail space in the Dom Na Skarpie residential building on ul. Bukowińska in the Mokotów district of Warsaw. The combined area of the homes comes to 2,070 sqm. The developer of the building, which is currently still under construction, is Trend Development. The part of the building in question is situated on the ground floor, containing 218 flats and the Pasaż Bukowińska shopping section. The building is planned for completion and to come into use in Q4 of 2008.
