Arbet given permit


Arbet has received a building permit for a residential estate in the Jaroty district of Olsztyn. The company plans to develop 2 apartment blocks, with shopping passages and underground car parks on the site in question. Construction work is to begin in 2 weeks and will last until autumn 2008. The flats will be priced no higher than PLN 5,500 per sqm. (Source: ‘Gazeta Wyborcza’, Olsztyn)
