Kancelaria Brochocki Nieruchomości has announced that in the last quarter, they have acted as intermediary in the leasing of more than 5,000 sqm of office space in Warsaw. The largest of these deals include the extension of the Ministry of Regional Development’s contract in Oxford Tower and the lease of a further 2,000 sqm (the total space occupied by the Ministry now being 4,300 sqm). Another leasing transaction was for 730 sqm by Bakalland in Riverside Park; Centrum Terapii Poznawczo-Behawioralnej has leased 600 sqm of Orco Tower; and Bio-Profil Polska and Bio-Profile Polska has become the tenant of a building on ul. Jugosławiańska in Praga Południe.
