Ghelamco is to develop the

Crown Square
office building in the Wola district of Warsaw. The building is to stand on ul. Przyokopowa, on the site of a demolished post-industrial facility. The office, which has been designed by architect Ludwik Konior, will contain 17,000 sqm of office space, and should be ready at the end of 2008 or beginning of 2009.
